1 Accordingly, easy and green chemical production technique was investigated by using the system of ammonium orthophosphate and urea. The reaction condition of mixing molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and atmospheric condition was examined to obtain an easy, environmentally friendly and excellent process for large scale production of form V APP. According to the experiment, the best result was obtained when diammonium orthophosphate was used as a starting substance. As for atmospheric condition, humid ammonia gas obtained passing air through aqueous ammonia with concentration higher than 15% gave a very good result and humid ammonia prepared by passing ammonia gas through 29% aqueous ammonia gave the best result.
